The Noosa 'A Stand in the Park' group numbers are growing steadily and last Sunday, despite the damp weather, saw around 30 beautiful souls (plus youngsters) turn up to show solidarity and connect with like minds.

2015 Biosecurity Act & the Aust. Constitution Artcle 109 - update from the 1988 Privacy Act info actions

We have had a great response from people regarding the QR cards for use when challenged on entry to venues and businesses that are insisting on the download and use of the COVIDSafe app or refusing entry / service for non-compliance.

There will be a second card available shortly that can be used in the same way by referring to the Australian Constitution (Article 109) and the Biosecurity Act 2015, both of which protect our human rights under various circumstances.

We will have more info on the above law and legislation shortly at freeaustralia.today plus a firmer opinion on 'COVIDSafe' versus the recently launched 'Check-in QLD' app and whether this is just state rebranding that will still send your private data to the same places.

Interesting to note that on 4 May 2021, despite the fact that it links to the Australian Federal Governments own legislation, Facebook banned the image of the QR card shown above because it went against their community standards. It seems the truth as published even by Government is counter to the preferred narrative pushed by Big Tech.
