In response to the recent unlawful mask mandate from the QLD Premier here is your recourse if you would prefer not to comply...

ANXIETY
If you suffer from anxiety about wearing a mask (which most of us do since it's harmful and pointless and an abuse of our humans rights) then you are medically exempt.

MASKS
Under the 1988 Privacy Act you are not obliged to share any medical information with anyone. This means you do not have to give the reason for your exemption unless you wish to. If you are issued with an infringement notice it most likely will not hold up in their court.

We are currently consulting with our lawyers and will seek to provide you with more information that you may mention or quote in the context of defending your lawful rights.

Please always be respectful of the police even as you remind them that their job is to provide protection to the public not to enforce unlawful directives.

COVIDSafe app
In the addition of Section 94H to the 1988 Privacy Act the government has quietly protected itself from any liability and cleverly moved that liability. Business owners and their employees face 5 years in prison and/or a $111,000 fine if they insist on the download and/or use of the COVIDSafe app or refuse you entry or service for not doing so. Ignorance of the law is no defense.

Share this message with everyone that is, could be, or should be interested. There are still many people who believe that literally millions have died from COVID across the world. Around 20% of Australians still want to take the vaccine and 25% still think it should be mandatory.
